Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays
- Processing times may be extended during promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods
Order Changes & Cancellations
We do our best to accommodate order changes and cancellation requests, but please be aware that orders are processed and transmitted to our fulfillment center quickly after checkout.
- Change and cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible by emailing support@asoleo.com
- We will make every reasonable effort to honor requests received before your order has been transmitted to fulfillment
- Once an order has been processed, transmitted to our fulfillment center, or shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it
- If your order has already shipped, please follow our standard return process once it arrives
Asoleo is not responsible for cancellation requests that arrive after an order has entered fulfillment.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin once an order has shipped.
- United States: Estimated 3–7 business days
- International Orders: Estimated 7–15 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that Asoleo is not responsible for delays in transit once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
Tracking Information
- All orders include tracking
- Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders:
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply
- These charges are determined by the destination country
- The customer is responsible for all customs-related fees
- Asoleo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent
Delivery Attempts & Carrier Notifications
Once your order is in transit, you are responsible for monitoring your tracking information and responding promptly to any notifications from the carrier.
- If a delivery attempt is made and you are unavailable, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup
- It is the customer's responsibility to follow those instructions, schedule any redelivery, or collect the package within the carrier's required time window
- Carriers coordinate redelivery and pickup directly with the recipient. As the recipient, you are the only party able to authorize redelivery, provide access or delivery instructions, or retrieve a held package
- Asoleo is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries where tracking indicates that one or more delivery attempts were made or that the package was available for pickup
- Packages that are not collected or redelivered within the carrier's time window will be handled according to our Unclaimed Orders policy below
Unclaimed Orders
Orders that are not picked up from a local post office or courier location within the required time window will be returned to sender. Unclaimed orders are not eligible for refunds.
If you would like the order re-shipped, additional shipping fees will apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
All shipments are tracked and insured.
- If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly
- Claims should be reported within a reasonable timeframe from the
