Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be new, unused, and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and components must be included
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges are accepted by mail only
Return Shipping
- Return labels are not included
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We do not provide prepaid or reimbursed return shipping labels
- No restocking fees are charged
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
- Exchange items must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- You will be notified once your refund has been completed
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Final Sale Items
- There are no final sale items
- All eligible products may be returned or exchanged within the stated return window
Standard Warranty Coverage
60-Day Manufacturing Defect Warranty (Included)
All Asoleo products include a 60-day manufacturing defect warranty, beginning on the date your order is delivered.
This warranty covers defects that should not occur under normal, intended use.
What the Standard Warranty Covers
- Stitching failures
- Seam separation
- Fabric defects occurring under normal, intended use
What the Standard Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Holes, thinning, or damage caused by friction inside footwear
- Damage resulting from athletic activity, training, or daily sports use
- Wear caused by repeated contact with shoes, socks, flooring, or hard surfaces
- Damage caused by improper sizing, misuse, or use outside the intended purpose
- Products that have been washed, altered, modified, or improperly cared for
Because Asoleo ankle sleeves wrap around the heel and are worn inside shoes, friction-related wear over time is expected and is not considered a manufacturing defect, even if it occurs within the first 60 days.
Standard Warranty Claim Requirements
All standard warranty claims must:
- Be submitted within 60 days of delivery
- Include clear photos showing the issue
- Be reviewed and approved by the Asoleo support team
Asoleo reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect after inspection. The Lifetime Wear & Tear Warranty is non-refundable once purchased.
Standard Warranty Resolution
If approved, Asoleo may, at its discretion:
- Provide a replacement, or
- Issue a refund
Standard warranty coverage ends 60 days from delivery.
Optional Lifetime Wear & Tear Warranty
Lifetime Wear & Tear Warranty (Add-On)
Customers who purchase the $10 Lifetime Wear & Tear Warranty at checkout receive extended coverage beyond the standard warranty.
This warranty applies only to orders where the add-on was purchased at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied, except where explicitly approved by Asoleo as a one-time courtesy. The Lifetime Wear & Tear Warranty is non-refundable once purchased.
What the Lifetime Warranty Covers
This warranty covers:
- Normal wear and tear
- Holes or thinning caused by friction during regular use
- Fabric stretching or material degradation over time
Coverage includes replacement sleeves only, subject to reasonable use limits.
Lifetime Warranty Terms
- Limited to one replacement every 6 months
- Replacements are provided at Asoleo’s discretion
- Warranty is non-transferable
- Proof of purchase is required
What the Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover
The Lifetime Wear & Tear Warranty does not cover:
- Loss or theft
- Intentional damage
- Misuse or abuse
- Use outside the product’s intended purpose
