Order Cancellations

Once an order has begun processing, we are unable to cancel, modify, or change any details, including but not limited to:

  • Quantity
  • Shipping address
  • Billing information

Orders enter processing shortly after being placed, and cancellation is not guaranteed.

Requests Before Shipment

Orders Already Shipped

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled
  • Once delivered, eligible items may be returned or exchanged according to our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Refused or Unclaimed Orders

  • Orders refused at delivery or returned as unclaimed are not considered canceled orders
  • Such orders will be handled according to our return policy once received back, if eligible
